Plan Calls for 3,800 Houses Near Boulder City A new community designed for teachers, nurses, police officers,firefighters and others who are being priced out of the Las Vegas housing market. The developer wants to build on 700 acres of private land near the junction of US Highways 93 and 95, just outside Boulder City limits.
