Hard Rock Unveils $1 Billion Hotel-Condo Expansion
Las Vegas Real Estate
The Hard Rock announces plans for a 1,500 unit hotel-condo complex.
The $1 Billion expansion will be located right next to it's popular location at Paradise and Harmon in Las Vegas.
The expansion will entail 4 buildings totaling 1.5 million sq ft. Condo owners will have access to all Hard Rock facilities, according to an October 2004 article in In Business Las Vegas.
The project is planned to have poolside bungalows and villas, nightclubs, restaurants, retail shops and a spa.
Peter Morton, chairman and founder of the Hard Rock Hotel-Casino, says "We have designed this project to be a mixed-use, master-planned development."
The entire project will be on 42 acres and will be "transparent," as opposed to themed, the architects say.
