Perini Builds the $400 Million Krystle Sands Condo-Hotel
Las Vegas Real Estate
A new $400 million, 600-unit condominium-hotel called Krystle Sands is planned to be built at Riviera and Las Vegas Boulevards. Each condominium comes fully furnished. Their motto is "to own a peice of the Strip." The 510-ft tall Krystle Sands will offer several amenities.
The site is located where the Algiers Hotel used to be. The 45 story tower is to be built by Perini Building Company and was designed by JMA Architecture Studios. The residences in the project are planned to range from 852-1,329 sq ft.
Each condo unit will come fully furnished with amenities such as:
