Median Home Prices Expected to Keep Climbing Las Vegas Real Estate

 

Just when you thought you were going to see a market stabilization, Salestraq reports that "the demand for new homes is outpacing supply," according to a June 2005 article in the Las Vegas Review Journal.

One reason for the difference is because the number of building permits have decreased over the last year. When you have fewer permits-less supply- it's easier for demand to outpace it.
