Sellers Market: Commercial Real Estate Investment Strong But Expected To Slow

 

 

Local commercial Real Estate investment brokers report they have more buyers than sellers. The following article reflects the commercial market at the time it appeared in In Business Las Vegas "Pacesetters" in July 2004.

 

Investment bankers are saying they have more demand than supply in the commercial market. That's likely due not only to low overall interest rates, but also the strong growth of the Las Vegas market in general. "It'll be another 6-8 months before buyers and sellers reach equilibrium," says Charles Moore, vice president of CB Richard Ellis.
