Loft 5 Condos to Blend Minimalist Design, Maximum Style
Las Vegas Real Estate
Loft 5 is just one of the condo developments in the plans for Las Vegas. The 272-unit mid-rise complex will offer single and two-story plans with amenities including a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms, spa services, full-service concierge, lounge, 2 swimming pools, fire pits, gardens, business center and private screening room.
Loft 5 will be located at Las Vegas Blvd and Pebble. Project designer Richard McCann says it "projects a minimalist design with maximum style," according to a November 2004 article in the Las Vegas Review Journal.
Update: Construction has begun on Loft 5, a new condo development near the soon-to-open South Coast casino project. According to an Oct 10, 2005 article in the Las Vegas Review Journal, the 10-acre site has been graded and the foundations have been poured.
The $75 million development will have eight buildings with 5 stories each. 4 floor plans range from 1,248-2,248 sq ft plus private terraces or sky decks. The first home owners are expected to move in by Spring 2006.
