Metropolis Tower Tops Off
Las Vegas High Rises
The Metropolis High Rise in Las Vegas was recently topped off at the corner of Debbie Reynolds Dr and Desert Inn Rd. Situated on a 60,000 sq ft lot, the high rise will contain 71 condo units and a 3 level parking garage. The project is scheduled to finish by summer 2005.
The project is being built by Vegas Venture Partners, LP, which is led by Houston-based developer Randall Davis, according to a December 2004 article in the Las Vegas Business Press. Ron Zurcher, the project manager, said "Considering the fact that each deck varied in size and shape, completing a deck in a week was quite an ambitious undertaking and an accomplishment for all involved," reports the article.
The slab was poured for the narrow 60,000 sq ft lot, the high rise will contain 71 condos and a 3-level above ground parking garage. The condos will range from 1,532-5,350 sq ft and have a terrace.
The project is scheduled for completion in summer of 2005.
