Boulder Ridge- Gated community of contemporary-style luxury homes on quarter acre to half acre lots adjoining either the Bear's Best Golf Course or Red Rock National Conservation Area. Homes range from approximately 4,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft.
Fairway Hills- 2-story luxury attached homes in the guard gated Ridges village.
