Suburban project to include enclosed swimming pools, concierge service
A three-tower residential project brings together a suburban setting, unobstructed views of the Las Vegas Valley, and homes measuring more than 2,500 square feet, according to Jeannine Cutter of Cutter and Berg, Prudential Americana Group, one of the listing agents for Spanish View Tower Homes, a 15-acre, guard-gated high-rise residential property.
Floors five through 18 will offer residences ranging from 2,500 to 3,600 square feet. Each home will feature a double-door entry leading to a foyer with art niches, as well as marble flooring, 8-inch baseboards, 8-foot solid core interior doors and finished 11-foot ceilings with recessed lighting. A built-in vacuum system, intercom with CD player and soft-water loop are also planned. The master bedrooms and living rooms will include 12-foot-wide bay windows. Kitchens will provide upgraded appliances, bread-warming drawers, Sub-Zero refrigerators, trash compactors, pantries, granite counters and custom cabinetry. In the laundry room, front-loading washers and dryers are planned.
Master baths will offer spa tubs, separate enclosed showers, and marble or granite vanities. All bedrooms have full baths and walk-in closets.
The top three floors of each tower will house the penthouse units, ranging from 2,500 to 9,300 square feet. Amenities expected include 12-foot ceilings, upgraded appliance and plumbing packages. Select master bedrooms will have robe and towel warming drawers, and wine refrigerators.
Each residence will have an 8- or 10-foot-wide covered terrace spanning the exterior perimeter of the unit.
Prices start from the high $700,000s.
The virtual design center allows prospective buyers to view options and upgrades.
Common areas are to include four floors of enclosed, climate-controlled parking and storage units, plus two enclosed swimming pools and spas, tennis courts, putting greens, a half-mile walking/jogging path, a horseshoe pit, a play area and two dog runs.
Each tower will have a 14,000-square-foot common area. Tower one plans call for a fitness center with locker rooms and professional trainers. Tower two will house a business and an events center A day spa and salon is planned for tower three.
Each tower has its own concierge service, and residents can reserve chauffeur-driven limousines.
