Project to Loom Over Strip

 

The Summit is set to eclipse Donald Trump's recently announced 64-story 645 foot hotel and condo project. The Summit will be a $700 million single tower of 960 condominiums.

 

The project will be built on the northeast corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Blvd. The project is the largest single project submitted to the City of Las Vegas in its downtown redevelopment precinct.

The Summit will feature a rental program similar to the MGM Grand Residences.

The lower floor units will be offered as fully furnished, they will be aimed at the second home market. The uppermost 16 floors will have 151 permanent residential units, ranging from 1,276-11,000 sq ft.

At the top of the tower will be a 15,682 sq ft penthouse, hailed by the developers as the most expensive residential condo on the West coast. The penthouse is expected to carry a $35 million price tag.
