Northwest Las Vegas Real Estate
Town Center is located in the northwest area of Las Vegas. The 330-acre project will be located within the boundaries of U.S. 95, Interstate 215, Elkhorn and Durango.
According to an April 11, 2005 article in the Las Vegas Business Press, the development of the project has been accelerated to an expected build-out in 2007. Montecito Companies is the developer.
Nick Hannon, Montecito's director of development, says that "It's the fastest growing zip code in Nevada and the country."
The mixed use project is planned to include office, retail, medical, residential and entertainment space. More than 400,000 residents will be within a 10-minute drive of the development upon completion.
Currently, the development consists of the Centennial Academy, Kohl's, Timberlake Homes' residential community and a city park.
