Trump Says Real Estate Values Will Continue to Rise
Real Estate developer Donald Trump says that real estate values will continue to increase because of low interest rates and strong demand from overseas buyers.
According to a September 2005 article in the Las Vegas Review Journal, "I'm not a person that believes in the bubble so much," said Trump. "I've seen real estate go up and down but it always seems to go up more than it goes down. I really think it is a good time to purchase."
Trump is a real estate builder with developments including the Trump Park Ave condos in New York City and residential properties in Tampa and Toronto. His casino company is operated separately from his real estate company.
